Job Title: IT Domestic Recruiter

 

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office, 5 Days a Week)

 

Experience: Intern & Freshers

 

Responsibilities:

 

End-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection).

Validate candidates’ technical skills & authenticity.

Source profiles via Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Manage contract & contract-to-hire positions.

 

Requirements:

 

Freshers with strong communication & interest in HR/Recruitment.

Good technical screening, validation & negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
