Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced Dell Boomi Integration Lead with strong UKG (Kronos/UKG

Pro) experience to lead integration initiatives, manage a technical team, and act as a key

customer-facing expert. The ideal candidate will provide architectural guidance, mentor team

members, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise integration solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

• Lead end-to-end Dell Boomi integration design, development, deployment, and

support.

• Architect and implement integrations between UKG (Kronos/UKG Pro) and third-party

systems such as ERP, Payroll, HR, and Finance applications.

• Manage and mentor a team of integration developers; provide technical guidance and

best practices.

• Act as the primary customer-facing lead, handling requirements discussions, solution

walkthroughs, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into

scalable integration solutions.

• Oversee integration testing, UAT support, go-live activities, and post-production

support.

• Ensure adherence to integration standards, security protocols, and performance

optimization.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and drive continuous

improvement.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and status

reports.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, Payroll, and IT.Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in middleware/integration development with strong hands-on

expertise in Dell Boomi.

• Proven experience integrating UKG / Kronos / UKG Pro with enterprise systems.

• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and data

transformation.

• Experience in managing teams and leading integration projects.

• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience with cloud and on-prem integrations.

• Exposure to HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance systems is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Dell Boomi Certification(s).

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles.
