SRIK Consulting Hiring TIBCO L2/L3 Support Engineers Immediately


Experience: 3-6 years


Job Location: Pan India (hybrid)


JD:

Experience: 3–6 years in TIBCO BW5/BW6 (65% BW5, 35% BW6 mix preferred)

 Responsibilities:

· Handle incident management, performance monitoring, and application recovery.

· Provide 24×7 on-call support (rotation-based).

· Coordinate with infrastructure and development teams to resolve issues quickly.

Required Skills:

· Good knowledge in TIBCO BW5 and BW6 – logs check, verifying the code, troubleshooting for the issues etc.

· Experience with TIBCO Hawk, TRA, and TEA configuration.

· Familiarity with automated restart scripts and alert handling.

· Knowledge of Unix, Splunk, and basic PL/SQL or DB troubleshooting.

General Requirements

· Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and within a distributed team environment.

· Basic understanding of integration monitoring and deployment pipelines.

· Exposure to DevOps, Splunk dashboards, and cloud integrations (Azure preferred) is advantageous.
