Full Stack Developer (majorly Backend)

We have an immediate opportunity on Full Stack Developer (majorly Backend)  Immediately for Pan India Locations.


Experience: 7+ years 

Shift - Night

Work Location: Pune / Mohali / Gurgaon / Navi Mumbai / Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Write clear technical documentation, diagrams, and decision records (ADRs).

  • Develop and review code (Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js) ensuring architectural consistency.

  • Develop and maintain data models in PostgreSQL focusing on performance and integrity.

  • Monitor systems and guide best practices in observability, testing, and deployment.

Experience (Minimum Requirements):

  • 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, CI/CD pipelines (AWS CDK), and Web APIs.

  • 7+ years of experience managing software development projects throughout complete release cycles.

  • 7+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams – this is the priority requirement; we are looking for profiles with strong cross-team collaboration experience.
