Job Role: SAP HCM

Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Minimum Experience: 6 Years

Maximum Experience: 9 Years

Job Description: 

SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) 


• Facilitated Fit-to-Standard workshops to assess business needs across core HR, time management, and payroll, aligning with SAP HCM/S4HANA standard processes.
• Delivered SAP HCM solutions for Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll, across multinational landscapes.
• Led data migration and conversion efforts to S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors, covering master data, historical records, and payroll data sets.
• Designed and executed test strategies including unit tests, payroll simulations, integration testing, and UAT with HR key users.
• Played a key role in complex SAP HCM migration and transformation programs, ensuring end-to-end process coverage and compliance with local regulations (e.g., Swiss payroll standards).
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Engineering
• Fluent English
