Role: Sr. SAP SD Consultant
Location: Ahmedabad
Timings: Full Time (As per company timings)
Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only)
Experience: 6-8 Years



JD:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and configuration experience in the SAP Sales & Distribution module, with deep knowledge of end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) processes. The consultant will play a key role in solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support for global SAP projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to sales, distribution, and customer service processes
  • Configure and support SAP SD functionalities, including:
  1. Order Management
  2. Pricing & Discounts
  3. Delivery & Shipping
  4. Billing & Invoicing
  5. Credit Management
  6. Returns & Rebates
  • Handle integration touchpoints with MM, FI, WM, and other relevant modules
  • Conduct business process analysis and identify improvements through SAP best practices
  • Prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements and work with ABAP teams
  • Participate in data migration, validations, and cutover activities
  • Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Prepare end-user documentation and training materials; conduct user training sessions
  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module implementation and support
  • In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and related business processes
  • Experience with pricing procedures, condition techniques, outputs, and credit management
  • Strong integration knowledge with FI, MM, and third-party logistics systems
  • Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementations
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to S/4HANA Sales (SAP SD in S/4 environment)
  • Knowledge of IDocs, EDI, and third-party interfaces
  • SAP SD Certification (a plus)
