We have an immediate opportunity for Workday Integration Consultant – Finance Module to join our team in Remote – INDIA

  

 

Position: Workday Integration Consultant – Finance Module


Exp:  7-10 years

 

Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM PM (we may require for 8 hours)

 

Job Type: Contract

 

Contract Duration: 3- 6 Months

 

Notice Period: Immediate 

 

 

Experience:

1.    Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday Financials.

2.    Experience with ERP systems and financial software.

  • Skills:

1.    Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

2.    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

3.    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

4.    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

5.    Proficiency in Workday Financials and related technologies.

6.    Proficiency in integration technologies and standards, including XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST, and API development

Certifications:


  • Workday Financials certification is highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications in project management or related areas are a plus.

 

Job Summary:

 

As a Workday Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday Financials solutions for clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, configuring the Workday system, and providing ongoing support to ensure the effective use of Workday Financials.



Key Responsibilities:

 

Implementation and Configuration:

 

    • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials modules (Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Procurement, Banking and Settlements, Customer Accounts, Billing, Projects, Expenses).
    • Customize solutions to meet client-specific business requirements.
    • Ensure the integration of Workday Financials with other systems.

 

Client Interaction:

 

    • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze their business needs.
    • Provide training and support to clients to ensure they can effectively use Workday Financials.
    • Advise clients on industry standards and best practices for Workday Financials.

 

Technical Support:

 

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Workday Financials.
    • Perform data integrity audits and ensure data accuracy within the Workday system.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

 

Continuous Improvement:

 

    • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
    • Stay update d with the latest Workday features and functionalities to enhance client solutions.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain expertise in Workday Financials.
