We have an immediate opportunity for D365 CRM Integrations to join our team in Remote – INDIA

  

 

Position: D365 CRM Integrations

 

Exp:  5 years

 

Shift: General Shift

 

Job Type: Full Time

 

 

Notice Period: Immediate 

 

We are looking for a skilled D365 CRM Integrations Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and external systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with D365 CRM, integration tools, APIs, and data migration strategies.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Design and implement end-to-end integrations between D365 CRM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, third-party apps).

Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Service Bus for seamless data flows.

Develop custom connectors and plugins as needed to support complex business scenarios.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

Maintain data integrity and consistency across platforms during migrations and synchronization.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues efficiently.

Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration processes.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

Proven 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).

Strong knowledge of integration patterns and tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.

Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, OData, JSON, and XML.

Familiarity with KingswaySoft, SSIS, or similar data integration tools.

Proficient in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for custom development.

Experience with data migration, synchronization, and transformation.

Good understanding of security, authentication (OAuth, Azure AD), and data governance in integrations.

    Integrating D365 CRM requires precision and clarity, much like how developers appreciate the enhanced readability of ifira code font 6.2. A good font can make a big difference when handling complex code or data.
