Workday HCM Consultant – AMS & Integrations

Location: Preferred onsite 3 days/week in Bangalore; remote options
available for other locations

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with 6–8 years of 
expertise in HCM and at least two additional modules within the AMS 
(Application Management Services) space. The ideal candidate will also 
have experience with Workday integrations and hold certification in at 
least a couple of relevant modules.

Key Responsibilities


Support and enhance Workday HCM and additional modules such as Benefits, 
Advanced Compensation, Talent Optimization, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the AMS space
Configure and deploy solutions across assigned Workday modules
Develop and maintain Workday integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIBs, 
Studio)
Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams
Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions and support


Must-Have Skills & Experience


6–8 years of experience with Workday HCM and at least two other modules
Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations
Workday certification(s) in relevant modules (highly preferred)
Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


Work Setup


Preferred: Onsite in Bangalore, 3 days per week

Remote: Work-from-home available for candidates based in other locations
