SRIK is hiring WBM Data Migration Tech Lead immediately


Location: Vadodara, Chennai, Pune,Bangalore Timings: Full Time(As per company timings) Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only) Experience: 8+ Years Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced WBM Data Migration Tech Lead with strong project leadership experience in Windchill migration and data transformation. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Windchill, WBM, and CAD/non-CAD data migration along with excellent coordination and customer interaction skills. Responsibilities :

  • Lead Windchill Migration / Site Migration projects end-to-end
  • Gather requirements, design migration solutions, and collaborate with both customer and offshore teams
  • Ensure smooth coordination between onsite and offshore teams, following the delivery model
  • Successfully deliver 3–6 WBM migration projects, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Design and implement migration strategies for CAD and non-CAD documents
  • Perform ETL and data validation using appropriate tools and processes
  • Develop custom scripts/utilities for migration using Java, JSP, XML, JavaScript, etc.
  • Work on Windchill integration with other enterprise systems
  • Provide technical leadership with a strong understanding of Windchill architecture, databases, and functionality (v10 & v11)
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
