About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent & Performance 
Consultant to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will 
have hands-on configuration expertise and a strong track record in 
delivering full lifecycle Workday Talent & Performance implementations.

Key Responsibilities


Lead and support Workday Talent & Performance implementations
Configure business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and 
security in Talent & Performance modules
Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and 
translate them into Workday solutions
Provide strategic input and best practice recommendations for Talent & 
Performance management
Support functional testing, training, and change management activities
Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and ensure long-term success

Must-Have Skills & Experience


Minimum 4 years’ experience with Workday Talent & Performance
Proven experience with at least one end-to-end implementation
Strong configuration skills, especially with Talent Reviews, Feedback, 
and Performance Reviews
Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with 
cross-functional teams


Excellent analytical and communication skills

Position : Permanent with SRIK ( We are in to IT Consulting/Services based company in INDIA (Hyderabad ,Pune) & UK (London ) and South Africa(Cape Town)

You need to submit 3 months’ pay slips and bank statement  & form 16 as well to release offer letter if selected.

    This role looks perfect for someone who loves technical challenges, just like figuring out how to setup rookie sideloader for custom app deployments. Both need precision and strong configuration skills to succeed.
