Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities, providing cross-functional support, and helping maintain the efficiency and accuracy of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations and assist in implementing operational strategies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., sales, finance, logistics, HR) to ensure smooth workflow and execution of tasks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics; assist in preparing regular reports and dashboards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and help resolve operational issues promptly.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring proper training and compliance with policies.
- Support inventory and supply chain management, if applicable.
- Participate in project planning and implementation of new tools, technologies, or processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
