Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities, providing cross-functional support, and helping maintain the efficiency and accuracy of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations and assist in implementing operational strategies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., sales, finance, logistics, HR) to ensure smooth workflow and execution of tasks.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics; assist in preparing regular reports and dashboards.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and help resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring proper training and compliance with policies.
  • Support inventory and supply chain management, if applicable.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation of new tools, technologies, or processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
