Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
- Handle routine employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development programs.
- Generate HR reports and assist with audit processes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
