Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 1–3 years preferred


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping drive company revenue growth. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions using product knowledge.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company and generate leads.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales/business development (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
