 Position Title: SAP Ariba SLP Support Administrator

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba SLP (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance) Support Administrator to provide comprehensive support to suppliers and maintain SLP supplier records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier record administration and hands-on experience in Ariba SLP.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Supplier Support:

o   Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing queries and resolving issues related to SAP Ariba SLP.

o   Guide suppliers through the onboarding process and ensure smooth interaction with the system.

·       SLP Record Administration:

o   Maintain and manage supplier records within Ariba SLP module.

o   Ensure supplier data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date in the system.

o   Monitor supplier performance and compliance data within the Ariba SLP module.

·       Issue Resolution:

o   Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to supplier records and workflows.

o   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve system-related challenges.

·       System Optimization:

o   Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency of supplier lifecycle management.

o   Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards in supplier management.

·       Reporting and Documentation:

o   Generate reports on supplier data and performance metrics as required.

o   Document processes, issues, and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications:

·       Experience:

o   Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP Ariba SLP support or supplier record administration.

o   Hands-on experience managing supplier lifecycle records in SAP Ariba SLP.

·       Technical Skills:

o   Proficiency in SAP Ariba SLP modules and workflows.

o   Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle management and performance monitoring.

·       Soft Skills:

o   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal teams.

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Preferred Qualifications:

o   Experience in procurement processes or supplier relationship management.

o   SAP certifications in Ariba SLP or related modules are a plus.
