SRIK is hiring  Senior DevOps Engineer immediately.

 Role: Senior DevOps Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years (including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Chocolatey DevOps)

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with specialized expertise in Chocolatey DevOps tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows environments, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. This role will focus on enhancing and maintaining DevOps processes to support efficient software delivery and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

Chocolatey DevOps Expertise:

Manage and maintain Chocolatey packages and repositories.

Automate software installations and upgrades using Chocolatey tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Chocolatey deployments.

Windows Systems Knowledge:

Implement DevOps solutions tailored for Windows environments.

Manage Windows-based servers and workstations in a DevOps context.

CI/CD Pipeline Management:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application delivery.

Integrate Chocolatey into CI/CD workflows to enhance automation and deployment processes.

Infrastructure Automation:

Leverage Chocolatey to automate infrastructure setup and software configurations.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to standardize deployment processes.

Monitoring and Optimization:

Monitor build, deployment, and infrastructure health to ensure high availability.

Continuously improve DevOps workflows and reduce bottlenecks in deployment pipelines.

Required Skills:

Chocolatey DevOps: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Chocolatey tools and technologies.

Windows Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and environments.

CI/CD Pipelines: Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Automation Skills: Expertise in automating software installations, upgrades, and configurations.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills in DevOps environments.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Windows automation.

Knowledge of cloud environments and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
