NetSuite Functional Consultant

 SRIK is hiring NetSuite Functional Consultant immediately.

Overview:  

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Functional Consultant with over 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions to ensure they effectively meet our clients' business needs. 

 Role Grade: Senior Technical Analyst - NetSuite Functional Consultant – A3 

Work Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday 

Flexible Hours:  Should be flexible for on-call support. 

Job Location: Bangalore

Mode of work: Office or Remote (But candidate should be ready to relocate to Bangalore in case of any performance issues / whenever we have the team visit)

Notice Period: Immediate – 30 days

Responsibilities: 

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as NetSuite Functional Consultant, involved in at least 2 NetSuite implementations end to end. 

• Hands on experience on configuring, customizing NetSuite ERP. 

• Hands on experience on data migration from legacy to NetSuite. 

• Understand data mapping and data quality best practices. 

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications. 

• Proficient in NetSuite ERP processes Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Design to Build, Record to Report, Returns and CRM. 

• Experience in Fixed Assets Management. 

• Build advanced/complex saved searches. 

• Experience with Advanced PDF, Reports, Dashboard configuration. 

• Proficient in Form customization, creating custom fields, custom records, workflows 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are desired. 

• Should be able to work with customer directly with minimum supervision. 

Requirements: 

Experience:  Over 4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementations and support. 

Skills (Mandatory)  

• Proficient in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay modules and Record to Report, 

• Good knowledge in Design to Build, Returns and CRM. 

• Proficient in Form Customizations & Fields Creation, Custom Records, CSV Imports, Work Flows, Saved Searches & Report Customization. 

• Ability to leverage analytics to drive business decisions. 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions. 

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. 

• Skills (Good to Have)  

• Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. 

• Ability to work with finance teams to optimize NetSuite financial modules. 

• In-depth knowledge of best practices in ERP implementations and project management methodologies. 

 Certifications (Good to have): Suite Foundation/ Administrator/Consultant certification is a plus.
