Shift - Australian time zone

 

Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design custom Salesforce solutions using the Salesforce Development Cloud (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce). Develop clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to Salesforce best practices. Build custom objects, fields, workflows, processes, and triggers to automate business processes and enhance user experience. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and data sources using Salesforce APIs and integration tools. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Maintain and update existing Salesforce applications based on evolving business needs and user feedback. Contribute to a positive development culture by participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing. Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.

 

Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or a related role. Sales and Service Cloud certificates are a must! Proven experience in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including data models, security concepts, and object-oriented programming principles. Experience with Salesforce testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Salesforce DX). Experience with DevOps principles and tools (e.g., Git, version control) is a plus. Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and tools (e.g., REST API, SOAP API) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
