  SRIK is hiring PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Immediately

 

Role: PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional
Location:  India (Remote)

Experience: 6 to 9 Yrs

Skills: PeopleSoft HCM NA Payroll, PeopleTools, Pl/SQL.

Shift: UK & US Shifts (Weekly rotation)

Requirement:
6 to 9 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst.
Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM modules 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to PeopleSoft technologies and Financials modules.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft solutions with other business systems.
Flexible to work in rotational Shift
Ability to propose solutions and document technical specifications.
