Role Overview: 
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer proficient in Node.js to join our 
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based development, 
particularly with AWS, and extensive expertise in managing MySQL databases. Proficiency in MongoDB 
is desirable, and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) would be a plus. The candidate should 
demonstrate a passion for creating scalable, high-performance backend systems and a commitment to 
delivering robust and reliable solutions. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
●Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js. 
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 
●Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of backend systems. 
●Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 
●Implement security and data protection measures. 
●Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions. 
●Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. 
●Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. 
Requirements: 
●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
●Minimum 4 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on Node.js. 
●Strong proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly AWS. 
●Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing MySQL databases. 
●Experience with MongoDB is desirable. 
●Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus. 
●Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. 
●Proficiency in implementing security and data protection measures. 
●Proficient in version control systems such as Git 

●Familiarity with Agile development methodologies 

●Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
●Strong communication and collaboration skills.
