SRIK is hiring Workday Adaptive Planning consultant immediately.

Job Location: WFH(India)

Shift Time: 4 pm – 12pm

Notice Period: Immediate

No of position required : 01.

Need: We basically need a consultant who is certified in Workday Adaptive Planning, experience working with Workday FDM and implementing Adaptive planning from scratch who can start immediately.

Job description:

Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning from inception to completion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
    • Configure and customize Adaptive Planning modules to align with business processes and objectives.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Adaptive Planning, offering guidance and best practices to optimize system functionality.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    • Certified in Workday Adaptive Planning.
    • Proven experience in implementing Adaptive Planning solutions from scratch.
    • Proficiency in Workday FDM (Financial Data Management).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
    • Prior experience in consulting or advisory roles is preferred.
