Position:  ServiceNow Technical Architect

Experience: 10-12 years

Job Description: 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and objectives. 
  • Develop technical solutions and implement best practices for ServiceNow platform and integration with other systems. 
  • Define and document technical designs, including solution architecture, data model, integrations, and workflows. 
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. 
  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules and applications to meet business needs. 
  • Provide expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform to implement complex business processes and workflows. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on ServiceNow best practices, standards, and methodologies. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. 
  • Perform technical assessments and provide recommendations for optimizing and improving existing ServiceNow implementations. 
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer(CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
