SRIK is hiring  ServiceNow Team Lead immediately



Position:  ServiceNow Team Lead

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Remote

Joining: Immediate


Experience – Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.


Job Description:
  • Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow projects by effectively managing resources, tasks, and priorities.
  • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of code quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow platform and applications.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer(CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
