JOB DESCRIPTION

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or in related field
Hands-on experience as a subject matter expert at least in 3 projects in development, implementation involving Customer Management, Order Management, Pricing & Product Modeling (Preferably in Telecom industry; but not mandatory)
Excellent knowledge / experience on ABO processes, Signals, Variable Maps, DVM, RSTT, Constraints, Eligibility & Compatibility, Attribute Adjustments, Volume & Tier Discounts, Contracts, Entitlements, Customizable Products, Promotions & Promotion Groups
Must be well versed in Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI and EIM in Siebel.
Sound knowledge of other Siebel modules such as Trouble Tickets, Marketing Management, Lead Management, Field Service Management etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently as well as a team member.
