SRIK is hiring Google BigQuery professionals immediately.

Experience: 4+ Yrs


Notice Period: Immediate

 

Location : Remote -- INDIA


Shift Time: 1 PM to 10 PM - should overlap evening India and morning US timing


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement highly efficient, scalable, and robust data models in BigQuery.
  • Write optimized SQL queries for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain custom functions in BigQuery to support complex data processing tasks.
  • Implement solutions that leverage BigQuery capabilities.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics and reporting functions.
  • Provide expertise in BigQuery and GCP to guide the architecture of our data warehousing and analytics solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest BigQuery features and best practices, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BigQuery deployments to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data models, queries, and custom functions.

 

Requirements:


  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform(GCP).
  • Strong expertise in SQL and experience writing complex queries and developing custom functions.
  • Proficient in data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
  • Familiarity with GCP services (e.g., Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Dataprep, Looker, Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
