Senior Salesforce Sales & Service cloud developer

SRIK is hiring Senior Salesforce Sales & Service cloud developer immediately.

Position : Senior Salesforce Sales & Service cloud developer

Location: Remote

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift Timing: Candidate should be available till 12.30 AM IST.

Responsibilities

· Act as Admin & Developer

· Manage Sales Cloud

· Managing all aspects of user, security, access and licenses

· Experience working on standard & custom objects, automation, approvals

· Analyze, design, develop & maintain code and configuration as per requirements

· Usage of Data Loader and other tools like Optimizer, Health Check

· Proactive system maintenance

· Strong understanding of SDLC

You need to have

· 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and service cloud.

Preferred

· Certifications (Administrator/Developer)

· Experience in Service Cloud

· Experience with salesforce architecture and API’s, integrating Salesforce with other applications

· Working knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile, SCRUM or equivalent

Bonus

· Experience in Pardot

· Experience in CONGA (Apttus) Contract Management

· Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components & Javascript

· Experience JIRA/Confluence

· Experience with Tableau.
