 Role: Oracle Fusion (With knowledge of Fast Formula)

Job Description: Design and configure Oracle Fusion Payroll to meet client requirements, including payroll elements, payroll calculations, and deductions.
Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to handle complex payroll calculations, tax calculations, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather payroll requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to optimize payroll processes and improve system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing, including calculation errors, data discrepancies, and system integrations.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations of Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Stay up-to-date with legislative changes, tax updates, and payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
