| What you'll be doing: • Work closely with the Solution Architect to understand high level data flows and write detail design specs for the changes to be made in the database • Develop complex queries as procedures or functions that will be leveraged by the API developers to read or write data from and to the database • Develop data definition language scripts to create databases, tables, views, roles, permissions, etc as needed • Write scripts to mass load data into the database tables and ensure they are repetitive to assist database refreshes as needed • Recommend database enhancements to improve performance and to reduce redundancies • Design a normalized data model with appropriate indexes and keys for high performance Your background and who you are: • 7+ years of experience doing database development using SQL in either POSTGRESQL, MSSQL or ORACLE database • Experience working with a POSTGRES database is highly preferred • Experience working with JSON data objects and JSON SQL functions is highly preferred • Experience tuning queries to improve performance is highly preferred • BS in Computer Science or a related field is preferred share updated profile in word format to srikconsulting08@gmail.com | +91 7396682593 |
