Program Manager

 SRIK is hiring Program Manager professionals immediately:

 

  • 10-12 yrs on technology product development roles 
  • The role needs someone @ leadership level strong on Java technologies and worked extensively on Banking projects 
  • Ability to handle ED , Sr stakeholders in Banks – Strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Strong on Project Plans creations , Budgeting and Contracting aspects 
  • Availability to work on Client facing roles – Hyderabad Physical presence
  • Handled medium to large product teams around 20-30 people @ peak ( not a people management or a PMO role) as the person must be comfortable on Java and database ( Other tech stack like Python or Microservices are added advantage)- Role does not entail coding but ability to understand technology is important 
  • Knowledge of Core Banking , Payment systems is helpful and large-scale consolidation for Banking projects 
  • Immediate joiners.
