Role	Responsibilities / Activities
Workday Financials Techno / Functional Resources	●     Bring Workday Financials hands on knowledge in the following areas: ○         Record to Report ○         Invoice to Cash ○         Procure to Pay ○         Accounting Center ●     Assist Salesforce Cloud ERP scrum team in activities to be done in Workday Financials and are owned by Salesforce: ○         Validation of data conversion by leveraging reports / data extracts as provided by Workday Financials ○         Functional unit testing to be done in preparation of the customer confirmation sessions ○         Provide inputs to the Salesforce scrum team creating functional specifications for the integrations and reports that are owned & developed by Salesforce ○         Functional / Technical unit testing and test data creation for integrations that are owned by Salesforce ○         Support execution of other testing activities owned by Salesforce including environment setup, creation of test data, performance testing, etc.
Workday Financials Developers - (Including Accounting Center)	●     Working knowledge of Workday Financials technical components including - Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calc Fields, Integrations framework, Studio, WD extend, XSLT, Connectors & Document Transformation and BIRT ●     Well versed with Workday Community and latest features/enhancements of Workday Releases ●     Working knowledge of data modeling design and relational database languages (SQL or SOQL). ●     Working Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST) ●     Assist Salesforce Cloud ERP scrum team in activities to be done in Workday Financials as it pertains to the following aspects of integration development scope that is owned by Salesforce: ○         Detailed technical design including identification of APIs / Web Services / File Upload mechanisms ○         Develop and unit test integrations, reports and dashboards using Workday tool sets ○         Code migration and versioning as per the overall Cloud ERP program technology framework ○         Support Functional / Technical unit testing including issue resolution ○         Support execution of other testing activities owned by Salesforce including environment setup, issue resolution, performance testing, code migrations, etc.
Workday Financials Quality Engineer (QE)	●     Bring Workday Financials hands on knowledge in the following areas: ○         Record to Report ○         Invoice to Cash ○         Procure to Pay ○         Accounting Center ○         Workday Application Security ○         Workday Business Processes, ○         Workday Reports and Calc Fields ○         Knowledge of latest features / enhancements provided by periodic Workday releases ●     Basic / high level knowledge regarding Workday integrations framework, Workday Studio, Workday extend, XSLT, Connectors & Document Transformation and BIRT. ●     Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology ●     Experience in Workday Financials ERP testing for a full life cycle implementation program ●     Assist Salesforce Cloud ERP scrum team in activities to be done in Workday Financials and are owned by Salesforce: ○         Test execution plan based on the logical sequence in which transactions need to be executed in Workday Financials to support a business process ○         Create step by step Workday Financials test execution scripts that will be required for manual and automated testing ○         Leverage the test automation framework created using tools like Selenium / Kainos to create automated test scripts for Workday test execution ○         Prepare test data that is required to execute the test cases ○         Execute test scripts and document test execution results and evidences ○         Log incidents / defects in the test execution management tool that is used by Salesforce ○         Provide the necessary inputs / details to the Salesforce leads which are required to prepare test execution and defect tracking dashboards ○         Work with the internal cross functional teams and business users to understand the business requirements, including working with 3rd party integrators ○         Identify the use cases and participate in the full life cycle of performance testing.
