Requirements :-10
· 3+ years of experience in Appian platform.
· Assists in design and implementation of Appian BPM processes : Business Process Design, Business Process Modelling, Business rules, UI Design (Preferably Appian BPMS)Logical thinking ability
· Strong inclination towards development and coding
· Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise-level Appian BPM workflow applications.
· Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies.
· Design and develop database objects to support BPM applications.
· Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms.
· Designing data models.
· Defining architectural & development standards for the project in adherence to Appian and clients best practices.
· Preparing high level technical specifications for the solutions.
· Maintains database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems.
· Translate BPM requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions.
· Deliver projects in either Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies, as project dictates.
· Conduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architecture.
· Participate in the day-to-day activities of the Appian BPM development teams.
· Performing frequent code reviews & ensuring quality of the overall delivery.
· Interacting with customers daily and be the main point of contact for customer
· Presenting demos to the customers, running all major sprint ceremonies & planning on project releases
· Lead User Acceptance Testing with business users, BA, Able to do the Appian application deployments
· Enabling the development team to go to the next level
· Exposure to any one of the core languages JAVA / J2EE
· Knowledge of Database concepts – writing SQL Queries
· Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture
