Skills
5+ years’ experience in managing and supporting enterprise Exchange environments (Exchange 2016+ preferred)
5+ years' experience in managing and supporting enterprise Microsoft Windows Server infrastructures
1-2 year experience in Cisco IronPort or similar solutions
Expertise with message hygiene solutions (Cloud or on premise)
Expertise in Windows Server 2012/2019 Server and enterprise server hardware
Expertise in Scripting/PowerShell Experience and diagnostic utilities
Experience with supporting and troubleshooting email client connectivity using protocols such as: ActiveSync, EWS, Outlook Anywhere, Outlook Web App, MAPI, SMTP, POP/IMAP
Working knowledge of Windows 2012/2019 Active Directory and associated technology (DNS, GPO, OU Structures, ADSI edit, FSMO roles)
Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions, and Hardware Load Balancer technologies
Experience with IBM Information Lifecycle Governance products is plus (StoredIQ, Atlas, ICC)
