Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring data quality and consistency across our organization.

Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, relationships, lwc, triggers, Asynchronous and synchronous apex, and integrations with other systems.

· Hands on in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, License, Validation rules, workflows, flows, permission sets and sharing securities.

· Experienced in the optimization of application flow, code, and fine tuning to meet the Salesforce governor limit and performance improvement.

· Build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrating with other enterprise systems and MDM solutions.

· Apply MDM best practices to maintain data integrity, consistency, and quality across multiple systems and platforms.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations for Salesforce and MDM enhancements.

· Develop and maintain data integration processes between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

· Conduct data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions for improvement.

· Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, data mappings, and data dictionaries.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and other developers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

· Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and MDM processes, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Minimum Qualification

· 5 years of experience as hands-on Salesforce Development Experience

· Experience in building relationships across teams, to help Tredence expand footprint

· Experience managing client and offshore team

· Experience in making presentations to senior levels
