- JDA-WMS Support Analyst ( 1 position )
· Exp: 5+ years
· Hands-on experience on JDA/Blue Yonder (V 2013 onwards, 2021 experience is preferred), specifically on the WMS module( the complete WMS)
· Good to have experience in the migration of JDA versions
· Good communication, presentation, and articulation skill sets
· Hands-on experience in JIRA/Service Now ticketing tool
· Flexibility to provide on-call support on weekends
· Strong experience in Incident, and change management
· Should be able to act quickly on all Major issues(SLA adherence) and should be able to prepare RCAs
