TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Job Title:                                        Project Manager

Location:                                        Hyderabad and/or Pune

Educational Qualification:         B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc 

 We are looking for a Project Manager with ability to manage large projects working with both offshore and onshore resources. The position requires creativity and independence as well as excellent verbal, written, and technical skills. The Project Manager should be excellent in communication skills and have worked in on/off model projects.

 Responsibilities:

Must be responsible for deliverables with FTR & OTD. Must have experience on Project Initiation, Planning, execution, monitor & Control, & Closure. Must have experience on project planning using MPP.

Must have experience on identify the Risks upfront and have Mitigation/Contingency plans.

Having experience on Earned Value Management wherein the project costs should be within the Project Budget.

Must have experience on following CMMi Level 3 & 5 Processes.

Should be have experience on executing Waterfall and Agile Projects.

Having weekly status calls with Customer on providing the status.

 Qualification:

At least 8 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of experience in Project Management.

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

 

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Total Experience: 10-12 yrs

Project management experience: 3+ yrs

 

Project Management:

• Managing large complex projects.
• Proposal development.
• Team development.
• Agile Project management
• Cross-functional team leadership. 
• Pre-Sales support

 Key Responsibility: 

• Well versed with project and program management (initiation, monitoring, stakeholders management, quality, engineering oversight, financials, risks/issues).
• Good communication, presentation, collaboration, negotiation skills.
• PMP is an added advantage.
• Adaptive to learn new technologies.
• Understanding of business management

Technology background:

• Preferably from development background having exposure to Java or opensource/Micro Soft
• Having working knowledge on Java migration projects is an added advantage.
• Able to follow and participate in technical discussions/reviews.

Kindly Note : This position will be permanent with SRIK Consulting Services Pvt Ltd and the candidate will be deployed our internal & external Projects & Client engagements.
