Business Analyst

 

The Business Analysis is responsible for supporting the design and development of both custom and core product features. Business Analysts work with domain experts to solicit and identify business requirements, address usability concerns, and document solutions. As a Business Analysis, the Junior Business Analyst supports the team members throughout the project life cycle. The Junior Business Analyst plays an integral part of the product design process. you will aide in documenting both business requirements and comprehensive solutions for a number of projects.

 

Roles :

• Assist with the daily management of operational functions of the Project Team, including preparation and minutes for standing meetings, reporting processes, information flow.
• Provide documentation support for requirements gathering; process analysis; gap analysis; design of new functionality; and product testing.
• Preparing document for FRD, DFD and BRD.
• Participate in project walk thorough: business requirements gathering, design walk through, functional test plans and implementation sessions.
• Develop periodic project progress reports.
• Manage written communications between stakeholders and internal business units.
• Manage and maintain content management and control processes and tools.
• Assisting the Project head during client calls when required.
• Project Demonstration to Clients and Gather New Feature emplacements
• Generate Leads by Identifying market requirements and present the product 
• Developing Product FAQ’s and Giving Necessary Support to client for Product Utilization.

Important :

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience, MBA a Plus with Health Domain Knowledge
• Attention to details.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Word, Visio.
• Results oriented – Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Working Pattern: -

• Shift timings will be 9:30 am to 7 pm
• The salary will be as per the industrial standards.
• Monday to Saturday are full working days. 1st & 3rd Saturdays will be confirmed off
• Ability to travel at Clients Place , Flexible Approach to work.
