Job Description: Supply Chain Business Analysts (BA)


  • The BA will gather business requirements, create user stories and perform analysis of Supply Chain data to help build a common data layer for the Supply Chain organization to utilize for their reporting and analytic needs. 

  • Requirement gathering will include documenting source entities and data attributes, business logic for transformation logic, filtering conditions, etc. 

  • In addition, the BA will be responsible for analyzing/profiling data for use by the business. 

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes related to one or more of the follow functions is desired including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, quality and/or delivery.  

  • The business analyst will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Modelers/Engineers to collect and then present the requirements gathered.  

  • In addition, they will help with testing, capture/ resolve issues and report status back to the team

  • Experience in scrum/agile framework and methodology

  • Excellent communication skills and Attention to details

  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
