Level - 2 to 3

Designation Offered - Consultant to Sr Consultant, based on years of experience.

Relevant Work Experience - 4 to 7 Years.

Job Description - We are looking for candidates having experience in Sales & Marketing digitalization.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize Functional and/or technical design and build CRM and E-Commerce solutions - Articulate common data architecture, design, configuration, integration with external solutions, data model and define workflows.

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the CRM and E-Commerce solutions.

• Perform configuration and customization of the CRM and E-Commerce solutions as per business processes like Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Visit Management and Visit reports, Case management, Commerce web store, Cart functions, Payment gateway integrations.

• Design, configure and develop Customer Portal and Mobile applications.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans, testing, training and documentation)

• Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.

Preferred Skills

·         Experience in Salesforce Einstein / Tableau.

·         Excellent Communication skills.
