Work Experience: 5-6 years

Relevant Exp in Marketing Cloud- 4-5 yrs.

Must Have Skills: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Good to Have Skills: Pardot and Social Studio

Profile - WFH

Project Role Description: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Contribute to successful Design and Delivery of SFMC implementations and support project.

·         Create Technical Design from Functional Design / Requirement

·         Work on Journey Builder, Automation, Cloud pages, Email Design, perform configuration customization Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills.

·         Perform Impact analysis in CRM Marketing Automation domain

 

Technical Experience:

·         At least 2 end to end SFMC implementations.

·         Hands-on experience on different channels of Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Web Studio, Social Studio, Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Automations and Advertisement Studio

·         Work on AMPscript / SSJS and Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on AMPscript

·         Integration of SFMC with SF Sales/Service cloud and other enterprise systems is required and hands on with SOAP/REST API configuration/testing.

·         Certification: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Admin
