1.       Hands-on in Java 8, Spring Boot, REST API development

2.       Should have experience in understanding the design and code (REST APIs with SpringBoot) as per standards

3.       Should be able to understand the Java/SpringBoot API development guidelines and follow checklist in developing swaggers

4.       Working experience in database, SQL, Query optimization is an added advantage, but not mandatory

5.       Experience in understanding the existing Java/Springboot APIs and perform code refactoring as per the approved architecture and design

6.       Hard working and good attitude

7.       Ability to understand and perform the given tasks independently

8.       Guide the team technically, after getting an understanding from Architect

9.       Good communication skills
