Description:

 

- Primary expertise: Experience in SAP Customer service (CS).

- Working exp on SAP service master data including Functional location, Installed base, Equipment, Serial number profiles, Warranties, and Licenses.

- Management of transactional data related to Service contracts, Warranty contracts, and Fulfilment processes.

- Experience in Integration functionalities from ECC to CRM.
