Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer 

Experience: 6+ Years 

Location: Pune

Hybrid 

 

JD: 

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js (or Angular), along with solid understanding of REST APIs, cloud integration, and CI/CD pipelines. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end full stack applications using Java Spring Boot and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js / Angular). 

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable and secure enterprise systems. 

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. 

• Implement authentication, authorization, and session management using OAuth2/JWT. 

• Work closely with business and product teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. 

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD integration, containerization, and deployment (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes). 

• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability through effective testing and optimization. 

• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. 

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies. Technical Skills Required: Backend Technologies: 

• Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA 

• RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture • Maven/Gradle, JUnit/TestNG Frontend Technologies: 

• React.js / Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript 

• Redux / Context API (for React), Responsive UI Design Database: 

• MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle • NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) – added advantage Cloud & DevOps: 

• AWS / Azure / GCP (any one cloud experience preferred) 

• Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines Other Skills: 

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts 

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies 

• Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills Nice to Have: 

• Experience with GraphQL or WebSocket APIs 

• Exposure to Message Queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) 

• Familiarity with Micro Frontends or MACH Architecture 

• Knowledge of unit testing and automation frameworks Educational Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Soft Skills: 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
